Check-in 15:00–24:00. Check-out by 10:00.
Self check-in
Please tell us your arrival time in advance. We will send you the entrance code before you arrive.
Payment
On site we accept cash only, in Japanese yen. Bookings made through Rakuten Travel can be paid by card online.
Osaka accommodation tax
Paid at check-in: ¥200, ¥400 or ¥500 per person per night depending on the room rate (from 1 September 2025).
House rules
Non-smoking throughout. No pets. Overseas guests are asked to show their passport at check-in.
Children
Children from age 1 are welcome; guests aged 11 and over pay the adult rate. No cots or extra beds.
Facilities
Free Wi-Fi, free washing machine (10:00–22:00), shared kitchen on the ground floor (fridge, microwave, tableware), vending machine, free luggage storage. The elevator stops at the 4th floor; the 5th is by stairs.
